GoalNepal continues to soar high

I am  dedicating my write-up to the entire “GoalNepal.com”  team for the invaluable  and incredible contribution to Nepal football.

At the outset, let me be crystal clear, the article has  nothing to do with my association with “GoalNepal.com “ in the role of  an occasional contributor. I request  you not to cast aspersions on my motives.

Don’t get me wrong, this is not a sponsored article. I have written  from my heart because they truly deserve all the accolades that come their way.

The selfless hard work, the time and effort they have put in this project is highly  remarkable, admirable and exemplary.

The team comprises a group of enthusiastic and passionate  professionals whose commitment to ”GoalNepal.com” is  putting development of  Nepal football first.

First and foremost,I felt the urge to write and appreciate the  exceptional  and excellent service “GoalNepal.com “ has been  doing to foster and promote the development of football in the country in its own way  over a decade.

Unsurprisingly, it  is the most popular and premier  website in the football category in the country. They  have added  another website called ”KhelDainik.com”(Nepali edition),home for all sporting news and events.

Without any further ado, having completed  15 years of existence,I  take the opportunity to congratulate “GoalNepal.com”(English and Nepali versions),a fantastic, creative, productive and informative website totally dedicated to Nepal football.

It  continues to thrive and expand further in terms of its appeal, impact and value.Additionally, the website traffic is increasing by the day as well.

It is not an overstatement to say that it  is a complete website that  has  been consistently covering and highlighting all facets of  domestic football.

Over the years,it has grown  into a major and important outlet for football enthusiasts and players  alike to get in- depth news analysis, activities and updates on football across the country.

They  are focused on  expanding outreach and making  impacts. They hope to cover all 77 districts with various  programs and projects related to football development. In fact, they will fast close in,it is just a matter of time

It has  never deviated from its mission and goals. They have established a professional network which has helped them to reach  the targeted audience.

They are on their toes around the clock ,traveling widely across the country to  cover and report  wherever football activities are happening.

They continue to  extensively cover football tournaments (ranging from national to ward level) in every geographical region.

On top of this, they stream live  tournaments on the website. This has helped local players, tournaments, sponsors  and organizers get valuable exposure.

Furthermore, they have joined hands with Viber, creating a  football community with the sole objective to engage  football  fans  in the country and abroad with Nepal football.

GoalNepal foundation is another very important project they have undertaken to assist players, coaches and referees who are unable to meet required medical expenses  due to dire financial straits .

Likewise, they have been supporting clubs, football academies and across the country with sporting and technical equipment.

“GoalNepal “ is the brainchild of founder and CEO Of Biba Media Group Mr. Bikram Thapa .

Mr.Thapa’s genuine love for Nepal football propelled him to  seek  avenues through which he could contribute to the development of football, motivate, inspire and nurture local players.

So with that in mind, as a young  and ambitious reporter working for Goal.com then  he managed Soccerage.com,the  second  Nepali football website in 2003.

In the year 2009,he finally launched his most prized and ambitious project “GoalNepal.com “ which is proving a boon for Nepal football.

Words cannot adequately express my gratitude to Mr. Thapa's incredible and outstanding service to Nepal football.Keep going!
